So I'm in the computer lab at school and I finished my research early and now I have nothing to do so im updating. I had a really really really fun weekend- It's official, yay! If you don't know what I'm talking about... well then, nevermind. I did lot of shopping this weekend, no buying, lots of shopping and I am SOOOOOOOOOOOO Upset that DOn Cheadle(sp?) didn't win for best actor. Jamie FOxx was good, but Don Cheadle in Hotel Rwanda-- EASILY the best actig I've seen in the last 3 years and that's saying a lot being that my favorite movie came out within those 3 years. ANyways, I have 5 more min and im logging off to check pinnacle for my english grade- EXCITING STUFF. XOXOXO! |

HOLY COW...I first hafta mention how much i missed everyone. 5 days is far too long to go without seeing ur bffs! But now I need to say that the past 5 days have been the most incredible 5 days I have EVER had. About 30 minutes ago, I got home from ACDA and omg, i wish I had never left. I suppose I should start at the beginning. When I first got there, i was...to say the least...OVERWHELMED! I new I would be meeting 300 of the top singers in the country and i wasnt quite sure how it would all work out. About 5 minutes into it, we were checking in and i was already making friends with a senior from nevada (then i felt a lil better). The next day I went to first rehearsal and met some cool people, but one, Kylie, was kinda...cold. We basically had 3 days of intense rehearsal and one day of 2 performances (which were today). To make a LONG story short, i walked away from the experience having tackled a HUGE undertaking, and with loads of new friends but 5 in particular. we formed a little group and we basically spent all of our down-time together. Dan was from Colorado, Shawn was from New York, Jackie was from Texas and so was Loralee, and Paige was from North carolina. I never expected to have so much in common with people who lived on the other side of the country but we talked and talked and talked and LAUGHED. WOW< we laughed A LOT! Parts of the experience were...less than ideal... the director was a FANTASTIC musician but a HORRIBLE conductor but the experience as a whole is one that i will NEVER forget. Paige, Jackie, Shawn, Loralee, and Dan I will never forget you, i love you all. The ACDA 2005 National Honor Choir was something that wasn't expected but will always be remembered... |

OK well... as many of you know I have been sooooooooooo anxious for this date to come. About 2 months ago, i was accepted in ACDA National honor choir and... well... orientation begins tomorrow then we're thrown into a whorlwind of singing, sleeping, singing, eating, singing, eating, singing, sleeping... This is like... the most amazing thing that has ever happened to me and i am SO excited. I'm a bit nervous, being that no one else from Samohi got in and being that 300 of the nation's most committed choir students will be singing with me for the next five days. And guess what else>? It's hosted in L.A. and no, i don't get to stay at home, they're making me stay at the hotel! No fancy trip to Hawaii, or New York, or EVEN OKLAHOMA! NOPE! I'm staying downtown, whoo whoo! (sarcasm) Wow, i'm really excited though. AH! You know those moments which you like wish for your entire life? This is pretty much that. Well, i hafta pack. You can call me on my cell. Don't worry about interrupting rehearsal, my phone will b off if i'm singing and It will be on later at night when i can chat. Drop a message! I LOVE YOU ALL!!!!!! |

WEll I dont think neone will b reading this because almost everyone has given up hope of me ever updating again... ANYWAYS... news with nora... uh...my brother came to "surprise" me which was voondibar (wrong spelling of "wonderful" in german.) Uh.. I got into ACDA national honor choir which was berry berry cool and i had an audition for a feature film called "akeelah and the bee". Im sure i didn't get the part but it's ok cuz ut was a good experience. I also had a PSA recording which was kinda stressful but also fun fun fun... neways... im at the casa of Casey and Lauren and we watched Super Size Me which is officially the most disgusting movie ever. NEWAYS,... now that i've actually updated, ya'll better comment!!! |

If you all read Nicky's most recent enrty, like you should have, you now know that he was interviewed for the LA TIMES for an article on clothes. I was also interviewed for this same article (thanks nicky) and they actually interviewed me twice. Now they wanna take pictures so I have a mini-photo shoot thing tomorrow (sunday). peace and love to all my friends. |

OK well.. all i can say is I am sooooooooo sorry that i Haven't updated in like...forever. Anyways, Im updating now, so now you all have something to comment on.
So Im gonna start with saturday and work my way down, sound alright? Ok so on saturday
I went to Addy's house to go swimming in her new pool-it was really pretty and really fun and who happened to be walking into the studio but Miss Kelly Clarkson. So that was really fun and then I went home and washed and straightened my hair and got ready for Lili's 17th birthday party which was AWESOME! I saw thee entire cast-except Jak, it was great! They turned the studio into a dance floor-complete with strobe lite and DJ. After 5 hrs of dancing I came home and went to sleep. On Sunday I went shopping with my mama for like 8 hrs-it was really fun. She got a lot of really cool stuff but i just got some eyeliner and some other stuff. That night I hung out with shea and she slept over which was very fun- we watched the VMA's and played the drink a shot of chocolate milk everytime sumone says "you know what im sayin?" we changed it to "you know" cuz we werent getting enough chances. It was really funny and shea kicked me in the face "accidentally" lol when I was doing the ring voice and I freaked her out. On monday I went to her house and we walked to Kay N Daves and Zen Zoo and the candy store and to shea's orthodontist. Then we went back to her house and made lip balm. Then I had a dentist appointment. Today I went to montana with casey and lauren and we shopped and ate lunch and then went swimming. Then I had a doctors appointment-GOD I HATE THOSE! Tomorrow Im going to see "without a paddle" with Allie who i havent seen in a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time. Im really excited! So on friday I forgot to start there which would have been better, but neways I got my order of calsses and it is as follows:

As some of you know, I was asked to try out for a teeny-tiny movie
(when i say teeny-tiny, i mean TEENY-TINY - 11 pgs long lol). The
movie is called "betsey" and I was asked to read for
betsey. It's a really tough part cause she's nothing like
me, infact she's like the exact opposite of me; angry, nasty, and
mentally sick. Well, I dunno about my sanity, but Im DEFINITELY
not an angry person. Anways, last night I had my coaching
session/read-through/audittion with the assistant casting
director. I was really happy with how I did and I guess she was
too cuz I made call-backs! She said i had a good chance at
landing the part and Im totally stoked. This is really exciting
to me for 2 reasons: NUMBER 1: I've done VERY little film acting
and NUMBER 2: No one, (including myself) thought I could play this
part. I have acting today and I get to work on my song which is
also super exciting. I learned it yesterday but today I get to
work with back up singers and stuff. YAY! So im really
happy and that's all. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE comment! I'll
love you forever. Ofcourse, I already do, but do it
anyways. TOODILOO!

So... im at nickys about to go hot-tubbin but anywho.... I got my ipod which was super exciting. I also got the part I wanted in the show WORKING, I'm the housewife lol. I know it sounds odd but its a really fun part with a really pretty song. Rehearsal is like incredible, our director is fabulous!!! So everything's pretty much peachy except for the fact that I have rehearsals until 9:30 on fridays and that sucks major booty. Anyways, im outie! I LOVE YOU ALL! |

Well... all my 8th grade homies... WE DID IT!!! 8th
grade, one of the best yrs so far, has come to an end. I
understand that for some this was a really happy day and for others
this day couldn't have been more sad. Things are changing, change
isnt ALWAYS a good thing. In my case change means
leaving two of my best friends and the best teacher I ever had.
You all know who you are. Thank you to everyone who made my year
memorable, not just 8th graders. Thanks for letting em laugh and
letting me cry and thanks for always being there to do it all with
me. If i dont c u, i hope you all have a fantastic summer and
I'll c most of you at Samohi!!! Im excited about that! Nicky and Cara - we've got a vegas vacation ahead of us!!! A-CREW- WE"VE GOT A PARTAY!!!! So thanks for the good times everyone and much love to you all.

So last night was the BIG BAD 8th Grade DANCE.
It was such a blast! Wow, it was amazing! All was happy and peachy and
rockin' until the stupid DJ decided to play Vitamin C's Friends Forever Graduation Song. Lyrics read: AS
WE GO ON< WE REMEMBER< ALL THE TIMES WE'VE< SPENT TOGETHER<
AND AS OUR LIVES CHANGE< FROM WHATEVER< WE WILL STILL BE<
FRIENDS FOREVER. This holds special meaning for 2 reasons. One,
the lyrics r so moving especially because 2 very special ppl in my life
rnt goin to Samo next yr. And two, in case u didnt know, Lincoln's
Concert Choir from 2 years ago, got the oppertunity to sing that song
WITH vitamin C at graduation. Ofcourse the DJ made everything sappier
when they had us stand in one huge circle. I was fine until i looked
across and saw Addy and Auriel.
I TOTALLY lost it and became really depressed. Wow, wat a sad sight.
Anyways, on a lighter note, i felt really pretty which i dont usually.
lol... and... o nicky, thank u for goin with me. and i love u... and... o i saw 2 movies today. DAY AFTER TOMORROW and NAPOLEAN DYNAMITE, both EXCELLENT! Monday is beach day
and im totally psyched about it. Time to go but thank you to everyone
who I danced with and everyone else at the dance who helped to make a
truly memorable night for me. I LOVE U ALL! |

EEK! I have Kiwanis Finals
tonight! YES TONIGHT! It's all quite scary and im quite scared and yea.
Anyways, i am sooooooooooooooo unbelievably happy that my dear friend addy will b with me to hold my hand (LITERALLY) throughtout the entire competition. AAH! Anywas, i had a beautification weekend and got my hair and eyebrows, among other things, done. SO... yea... o and cara and i wore the same outfit today and for all u slow ppl, it was planned. ok time to start warming up the vocal chords! PEACE OUT! MUCH LOVE! |

I went church today for the big wedding, no not mine, no worries ;-). It was my daddy's best friend's wedding. Daddio was the best man, mamacita was the maid of honor, and my brother and I read psalms. It was really nice and Sonia was a be-you-tee-full bride. Goin to the beach tomorrow with Megan and Cara and Allie, and um... sum other ppl.... sorry i cant remember who else. anyways, im watchin the laker game tonight and doin hw. Oh yea, knotts was fun wasn't it? besides when my 40 bucks got stolen, but chris, thank you for offering me the money. and megan, thanks for lending me the money, BTW, when u stuffed it down my shirt, u cut me so that i know have a papercut on my chest lol. And allie and addy, thanks for the flower twas very sweet, and casey, i hope ur feeling better. And jm, it was fun hanging out with u. Same with zach and lauren and shea im really glad u came with us. Cara, i hope everything works out- I LOVE YOU! and i think that's it. I HAVE SO MUCH HW AGAIN! CRUP! Hm, my day today was fab-u-lous! I saw my many wonderful amigos (that includes female friends too) and i had Kiwanis auditions. Well, the judge was super sweet and really funny, she shaped the vowels with me. Addy was amazing, as expected. And, i found out the results.... drum roll.... I MADE IT!!! Sadly, this is my 3rd year auditioning but my first year making it into finals. Woo hoo! So then I stayed after school to meet Jm and Chris and Nicky after school and walked home with Casey and Lauren. FUN FUN FUN! im happy now! adios! |

My day today was oodles of fun. That was supposed to be sarcastic but i remembered that part of my day really was fun! So, i woke up, did some homework (i know, im a loser), and then went to Addy and Shea's Ballet recital. WOW! IT WAS AMAZING! YOU GUYS ROCK MY WORLD. Then, i went home, talked online for a lil while where i was then invited to Chris's house where JM and Hayley were all hangin out, but ofcourse, i couldnt't go because of..... HOMEWORK. So, i worked more and then we went to Gilberts El Indio, if you've never been, u really must go, its my place, literally, check out the name! And after my wonderful dinner i went home and did... more homework. BTW< in 4 hours i completed 2 projects, did my spanish hw, and prepared my 3rd project. I know, skills! So that's how much of a nerd i am, i spent my saturday working, Chris invited me somewhere, maya invited me somewhere, but NOOOO, because my teachers decided to give projects, i stayed home to do them. OK< IM DONE. I WUUUUUUUUUV U ALL! |

Well, school was so dramatic, and then it wasn't, which was very nice, and then it was and now its better... i think. Anyways, recent additions to my life.... well, JM and I r now going out, thank you rick for calling after i told u not to! But its ok. And then theres mine and nicky's thing which is all good now, nicky i love you! And i need to thank Casey and Lauren, the twinsies but individually gr8 ppl too, for suffering through my breakdown. Sorry 'bout that. And now im trying to get everything straight, wow, parents weren't kidding when they said teenage years were gonna be stressful. So that was today. TOODLES! |

Well, this is my first entry EVER! I know, exciting, anyways, hm... well, I like reading LJs that are updated regularly **COUGH** NICKY** So, let's think what i did today. Well, i went to school, we took the 8th grade panoramic pictures, which was a blast, CASEY and I sang the "Muffin Man" song the whole time. The entire 8th grade was gettin pissed, but thats aight! Tomorrow we have water wars in PE.. SLIP N' SLIDE! WOO HOO! o yea, and allie and my mouse trap car is a piece of shit that isnt going to run even 2 feet. LOL, thats ok, it was fun! IM outie!
